Databases to Excel

Add-In A-Tools allows to get data source from databases to Excel and able to make reports directly. To do this, your computer need to setup connection string softwares.

Access to Excel: without setup connection string software
Foxpro to Excel: Setup Foxpro OLE DB Driver
SQL Server: SQL ODBC
My SQL: My SQL Connector
....
After finish setting connection string software, click A-Tools tab on Menu and choose DBKEY --> Add (select type of databases need to connect)

One fill-information  of DBKEY display if choosing MS Excel, MS access, MS Foxpro, Paradox, MS SQL server (version<=7.0)

And Connection testing of DBKEY display if choosing MYSQL, SQL Server...and select provider

Choose Server name and database name and test connection

Finish: Put a Name where be able to use in advance options of BS_SQL function

BS_SQL function uses to get data source with advance option: DBKEY.
Syntax: = BS_SQL("SELECT LIST_FIELDS FROM TABLE_NAME WHERE CONDITION...","DBKEY=NAME;")
Ex: = BS_SQL("SELECT * FROM CT70","DBKEY=FAST10;")
