Share Excel files on local, internet with multi-users

Add- in A-Tools allows sharing and managing Excel workbooks on LAN, internet via by TCP/IP - Not share full folders. When users attach Excel files to share, user-administrator can manage connection and set rights to user groups. Especially, rights can be set to per action such as: Read only, edit, checking and approving and limit the number of clients connect.... Rights can be set for workbooks, worksheets, ranges. When data is changed on any computers on LAN, internet then be updated immediately (about ~1millisecond).
Moreover, when using shared excel files, users can be able to using full features, functions and VBA. This will be more helpful for persons, enterprises  want to use excel online for working and studying.
