Set rights

Only Server is able to set right for Groups and User. On Server Manage screen, admin sets right for each groups and detail each rights to use files, sheets, ranges

Detail right: All Right, format, copy, print, check, approve, disapprove, chat, open inactive range, download file, start server, read only, save
