Depend on your computer using Ms office types is 32 bit or 64 bit, Add-in A-Tools has two version for 32 bit and 64 bit. 
Note: the way to check your using Ms office:
- If Ms Office version is 2007 or earlier, this is only 32 bit
- If Ms office version is 2010 or later, Ms Office has two types: 32 bit and 64 bit. Open Excel --> click File --> Choose About or Account to view version of your Ms Office
